Lentil Amaze-Balls – Lentil balls with a ton of flavor and a meaty texture. The serving options are endless – over noodles, on a salad, topping a stir-fry – but we especially love these as an appetizer with BBQ sauce.

Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip – Warm and creamy plant-based spinach artichoke dip with a cashew base. Include this app on your Christmas menu to make your life easy — simply combine and bake! Done.

Dijon Brussel Sprouts – One of my favorite special occasion side dishes, these sweet and savory dijon brussel sprouts are prepared with zero-oil and tons of flavor.

Mushroom Potato Bake – A warming mushroom and potato dish spiced with curry powder, paprika and cayenne pepper. It’s a safe bet side dish that everyone will like!

Simple Red Cabbage Coleslaw – For us coleslaw lovers.. an easy, oil-free, plant-based red cabbage slaw with a creamy dressing made with cashews and maple syrup. All the coleslaw goodness sans the mayo.

Balsamic Roasted Carrots – Carrots roasted to perfection with a sweet balsamic glaze. A side dish you really can’t go wrong with.

Italian Nut Sauce over Roasted Veggies – Serve your roasted veggies with this flavorful, oil-free Italian sauce that looks like it may be from Whoville! It’s made with a mix of nuts and seeds and all the best Italian spices.
