Meal in a Cup SmoothiePrint
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 large carrot
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) or other non-dairy milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Place spinach, carrot and almond milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Blending the veggies and almond milk first gives this a nice and smooth consistency. Any leafy green can be used in place for the spinach.
