Merry Christmas to all!
By now you likely have your menu set. Maybe you’ve been baking for weeks and have a stash of goodies ready from our Healthy Holiday Treat Series. Time to enjoy a day with family, friends, food and fun!
This plant-based hot chocolate is perfect after playing outside, while taking on your cousins in a game of cards or when relaxing by the fire. It’s also a great treat for the kiddos while those who are of-age are having their adult beverages.
We used soy milk but any non-dairy milk is a great choice. It’s amazing how your choices expand when choosing a plant-based option: almond, cashew, oat, rice, flax, macadamia and more! Just be sure it’s unsweetened and you’re good to go!
