3-Minute Poppy Seed Dressing

There’s one fact nearly everyone who knows anything (or nothing) about nutrition agrees on… dark, leafy green veggies are the healthiest foods on the planet. Period.

Eating greens daily is one of the easiest, most powerful ways to prevent disease, support health and promote longevity. Dr. Greger recommends 2 servings daily. Dr. Esselstyn’s patients eat steamed greens multiple times a day to keep the cells lining the arteries working at their best.

A perfect way to amp up your green leafy veggies is to make sure there’s a healthy dressing you LOVE. It’s even better if the dressing you love can be made in just 3 minutes with just 3 steps AND dirties just 1 appliance.

Vegan Poppy Seed Dressing

Lather this delish poppy seed dressing on a huge salad. No need to worry about the refined sugar and oil (learn more about oil here) found in most bottled (and even homemade) dressings. Personally, I enjoy this over a pile of chopped spinach and kale, broccoli, shredded carrots, sliced radish, berries and walnuts. YUM!

You can also enjoy it over steamed or roasted veggies and cooked whole grains. I’ve even used it as a dip for raw veggies like cucumbers and carrots.

For this dressing, I use this Food Processor. (*Affiliate link).
