Memorial Day Menu: Plant-Based Style

Chances are, your Memorial Day might look a little different this year. Maybe you’re just celebrating with immediate family. Or maybe there’s a small crowd but everyone is staying outside and social distancing. Or is everyone bringing their own food and utensils to minimize contact?

Whatever you’re doing, enjoy this holiday while staying safe and staying healthy!

Around here, Memorial Day means that the future holds lots of warm weather and opportunities to soak up some sun (Vitamin D – woohoo!). ?? What are you most looking forward to? For me – blooming flowers, bike rides, fresh-out-of-the-garden produce and simply reading a book on the deck are at the top of my list!
