Place oats in a food processor and pulse 2 to 3 times, until broken down. Avoid processing into flour.
Pour oats into a large mixing bowl and add ground flax.
Place bananas, almond milk, dates and vanilla extract in food processor. Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.
Add banana mixture to oats and stir until thoroughly combined.
Roll dough into 2 T balls. Place on a baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon. Using your thumb, make an imprint in the center of each cookie and add 1/2 tsp of chia jam.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges start to crisp.
