Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
Notes
The consistency will be like soft-serve ice cream. For a more firm texture, transfer to the freezer for 30-60 minutes.If freezing the nice cream for longer than 2 hours, we recommend adding a splash of rum or an alcohol-based extract to prevent it from freezing too solid. Any other non-dairy milk can be used in place of almond milk (i.e. coconut milk, soy milk, hemp milk, etc.)
