This 3-Step Spiced Granola is made with good-for-you ingredients like pepitas & flaxseed. It's sweetened with dates and spices rather than processed sugar.
Combine dates and water in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer date paste to a bowl and add. all other ingredients. Stir to combine.
Spread mixture evenly out on pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in oven for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. After removing granola from the oven, let it cool completely in the pan.

Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
