Oil-Free Thai Peanut Sauce
A simple refined sugar-free and oil-free thai peanut sauce, great for turning plain old veggies into a delicious dish. Pour over whole grains and veggies for a filling meal.

Ingredients

peanut butter
no sugar or oil added

water

tamari
or soy sauce

lime, juiced
or 2 Tbsp lime juice

garlic cloves
or 4 tsp minced garlic

fresh ginger root
or 1 Tbsp powdered ginger

sriracha hot sauce
red pepper flakes (optional)
to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
Notes
Store sauce in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
