Pour peanut butter into a bowl and add flax and chia seeds. Stir with a rubber spatula until all ingredients are combined. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Any nut butter can be used in place of peanut butter.You can make adjustments to the amount of flax and chia based on your texture and taste preference.Buying the flaxseed whole and grinding it in a coffee grinder right before adding it to your peanut butter will help it retain more of its nutrients. I use this grinder (Electric Coffee Grinder) and it works great!
