Meal in a Cup Smoothie

Ingredients

handfuls of spinach
1
large carrot
1
cup
almond milk (unsweetened)
or other non-dairy milk
1
cup
frozen berries
1
Tbsp
Chia Seeds
1/4
cup
rolled oats
Instructions
Place spinach, carrot and almond milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Blending the veggies and almond milk first gives this a nice and smooth consistency. Any leafy green can be used in place for the spinach.
