pitted medjool dates
or 4 pitted deglet noor dates

Instructions
Place all ingredients, except poppy seeds, in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Serve over fresh salad or roasted veggies.
Notes
Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
4 Deglet Noor dates can be used in place of the Medjool dates.
