Rosemary Red Potatoes
A simple yet tasty oil-free rosemary potato side dish! Potatoes are a healthy, simple and affordable food when they're not fried and heavily salted.

Ingredients

red potatoes, washed and quartered
1/4
cup
water
3
cloves
garlic, minced
4
T
fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
ground black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss with water. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary and toss.
Spread potatoes onto a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until soft, stirring halfway through.
