The perfect running late lunch! Use a mix of your favorite fresh veggies and hummus for a satisfying, on-the-go meal or snack.

100% whole grain or sprouted grain tortilla

hummus

chopped veggies
spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, onions, carrots, tomatoes, olives

Instructions
Spread hummus on the center of the wrap.
Top with veggies and hot sauce, if using.
Wrap and enjoy.
Notes
If using store-bought hummus, look for an oil-free option. To pack to eat later in the day, wrap in aluminum foil for a durable and portable meal.
